This plate was originally part of a happening called The Lovers (2024) which consisted of video (projections), instant photography, a performance where the artist cooked live in the space and 35 ceramic plates with written texts on them. The Lovers was an installation highlighting the many forms of love humans can experience outside of the well-known romantic/sexual love which we generally put on a pedestal.
